On Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., the Regional Planning Affiliation 8 (RPA 8) will hold a Public Hearing for approval of the draft FFY 2026-2029 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and final FY 2026 Transportation Planning Work Program (TPWP).
The public is invited to submit their input. The Public Hearing will be held at East Central Intergovernmental Association, Community room, 7600 Commerce Park, Dubuque, Iowa. This facility is accessible under the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act. RPA 8 receives federal funding and may not discriminate against anyone on the basis of race, color, or national origin, according to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The TIP is prepared and adopted each year and contains projects for the coming four fiscal years. The TPWP is prepared and adopted each year and contains transportation planning activities for the current fiscal year.

Comments can be provided at the meeting or by contacting Chandra Ravada at 563.556.4166. Written comments may be submitted to the RPA 8 office at 7600 Commerce Park, Dubuque, IA 52002, or emailed to cravada@ecia.org. Written comments may be submitted prior to 5 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2025, to the RPA 8 office at the above address.
